At Deegital Arc, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for our products and services.

 

Physical Products (Tap-to-Connect Cards & Accessories)

 

Eligible for Return/Exchange
  • Items may be returned within 7–10 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged items on arrival may be replaced at no extra cost.

 

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
  • Customized or personalized Tap-to-Connect cards (with names, logos, or designs).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@deegitalarc.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once processing or customization begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
